Metro Homecare Service’s vision is to provide people across London with access reasonable, high quality care which can enable them to live independent, dignified and safe lives in their own homes.

Our Vision

We believe that, where possible, an individual should be able to access the care they need in their own home. For those who require, the comfort drawn from being looked after in familiar surroundings can be immeasurable. Home care also affords a level of independent and personalisation which can’t be matched in a residential setting.  Furthermore, domiciliary care is often more effective that residential options which helps to reduce the financial pressure of caring for loved ones.        


Our Values

We recognise that each service user is unique and will have different requirements.  Our overall strategic outcomes for this new service include
